2025年9月13日～16日にパシフィコ横浜で開催された2025年AIPPI（国際知的財産保護協会）横浜国際総会に、弊所より古田弁理士が参加しました。
会期前も含め、海外代理人との個別ミーティングを多数実施し、医薬・バイオ・化学分野を中心に、出願・中間対応、特許調査、係争対応、スタートアップ支援まで幅広い連携について情報交換・交流を行いました。
海外代理人の国・地域は、米国、中国、韓国、台湾、欧州、東欧、インド、東南アジアなど多岐にわたりました。
弊所では、こうした国際総会での情報交換・交流を起点に、実務の質のさらなる向上と、海外代理人とのネットワークの強化を継続的に進めてまいります。

Dr. Atsushi Furuta, Patent Attorney from our firm, attended the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) World Congress 2025, held at PACIFICO Yokohama from September 13 to 16, 2025.
Before and during the Congress, he conducted dozens of one-to-one meetings with overseas associates.
Centering on the pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical fields, he exchanged views on broad-ranging collaboration covering patent filing and prosecution, patent searches, dispute/litigation support, and startup advisory.
The countries/regions of the counterparts spanned the United States, China, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, Eastern Europe, India, and Southeast Asia, among others.
Building on the dialogues at this international congress, we will continue to enhance the quality of our practice and strengthen our network with overseas firms.
